Group Dance Classes in Sacramento CA

Group dance classes range from from 2 to 10 students learning with one dance instructor. The ladies will stand on one side of the room and the men are on the other side. The instructor will teach the dance steps separately to the men and ladies. Learning the dance steps in group dance class separately helps with balance as students are dancing on their own before we match each student up with a partner from the other side of the group dance class. In the group dance classes we put a great deal of emphasis on variety of dance steps that you may then follow up on in your private dance classes.

We offer one of the largest selection of group dance classes of any dance studio in the region with OVER 50 GROUP CLASSES AVAILABLE PER MONTH, ranging from beginner to advanced and in all forms of partner dance. Bringing a partner is NOT necessary as we rotate partners throughout the group dance class!
